"Activision wants everyone to be straight on the prices of its upcoming Guitar Hero: World Tour bundles. Activision says the following will be the final prices for the retail launch:
$190 for the full band kit on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii.
$180 for the full band kit on PS2.
$100 for the guitar/game bundle on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii.
$90 for the guitar/game bundle on PS2." (copied and pasted right off the e-mail)
Now, I will admit that I'm torn on which bundle to get. (Let me go back a sec.) FBAC is the name of CWF's band. CWF kicks some serious tail in GH1, GH2, and GH3. I on the other hand am a Jerry's kid wanna be with the guitar. I don't have any of the GH games. I only get to play at CWF's place. I know if I had the game I would get better on the guitar. FBAC already has a lead guitarist, CWF. I do want the drum set, but really have no interest at this time. I want to be like my Hero CWF. (FBAC: Free Beer And Chicken)
Thank you all, I'm no longer torn. I just want the XBOX 360 guitar/game bundle. I want to learn the best instrument on the game first. If I practice really really hard, drink my AMP, and start writing with my left hand I might be able to get a gig with FBAC. I know it may just be a pipe dream, but that's all I got.

But can you add the drums later? I don't want to work, I wanna bang on the drums all day!
Many "Gamer" sites and blogs say you will be able too. GHWT will probably sell it in the band kit 'til X-mas.(Just like Rock Band did.) You can buy the mic buy itself, there is a picture of the packaging on someone's site. I may get talked into the Band set yet. I have not been talking much about it 'til I saw a price and a "confirmed" release date. I WILL BE A GUITAR HERO THIS YEAR....
I hate to bust your bubble..but only one of us in the family can be musicaly inclined. And you and I both know that only the Grandkids can get something that big for Christmas and I don't think that you can pass that one off as 'for Morgan!'
gena, having spent many years as a kid in Wava's condo, and experiencing life there as a part of the family, I think the musical inclination is still up for grabs!
OUCH! That hurt, but I'll have to give you Credit on that one. I guess as the 'adopted step child' there might still be room for your musical talent in the family. As for GET3, well have to wait and see.
