Two weekends ago we kept Kayleigh. Kayleigh is 15 months and like all that age a hand full. I know that everyone has great looking babies. Every baby can calculate moon shots! Drive mommy or daddy to the ABC store. File your 2008 income taxes and do the yard work. I know, I know, I know! Can your child make a sound like Linda Blair in the "Exorcist"? Yep, you read it right!
Kayleigh makes a deep (really deep), throaty, hair standing sound. When she did this for the first time it startled me. I'm a 6'4" guy that had to check his shorts after I heard this! This 15 month old kid sounds just like something under a bridge that is fix'n to eat me!! Drill Instructors at Parris Island wish they had Kayleigh's voice. She makes sounds in this voice and smiles afterwards. Creepy is the best word I could use. I asked her parents, if at night when the baby monitor goes off, if she uses this voice. Momma!<--(in the deepest, scratchiest, demon like voice you could imagine.) Her parents said that this did not happen. (I think they are fib'n!) If I heard this at 2:00 in the morning, I would pull the covers over my head and call MY momma!
She was a pure delight to watch and I kept a close eye on everything with a blade.
