This pic does not look like the pic of someone who is just tired or not wearing makeup. Her face is noticeably different and NOT in a good way. She looks like she had a face lift and not a good one. Wow, for a woman that was so "HOT", this is not good. I don't know much about plastic surgery, but she looks absolutely gaunt. (Yes, I can use gaunt in a sentence!) Man oh man. Maybe they should of casted her instead of Heath Ledger for the joker.........

IMO, Madonna was never "classically" hot. The fact that she was often half naked and touching herself accentuated her attractiveness. There has always been a don't pay attention to the man behind the curtain" element to her image. I liked her latex phase best, myself. But a simple observation of now would be, No way A Rod would leave his truly smokin wife for the neighbor from Bewitched!
